I believe that sensuality, pleasure and sexuality are very important components of who we are, and yet we receive very little education or wisdom regarding how to love ourselves and be lovers. We all have experienced many layers of distress around our sensuality and sexuality, due to our upbringing and parental messages, our religious programming; the impression of our first sexual experience, and the cultural climate in which we live. These influences and imprints prevent us from fully enjoying our bodies and the blessed gifts of our sensuality and pleasure. My mission, passion and intention is to help my clients feel safe, comfortable and empowered to fully open to and enjoy the natural health benefits, blessed gifts and life giving power of their sensuality.
